Whiles kids are shopping with their parents they can help themselves to a piece of fruit to snack on whilst shopping.
The fruit had a number of choices including the original apples/bananas/pears etc.
I just wanted to share this brilliant idea to help kids eat fruit. I hope other supermarkets follow suit:)
I hope this helps everyone with kids:)

It depends on why you wash the fruit. There is nothing wrong with ingesting some natural occurring dust, dirt and bugs. 1 of the 5 a day and an immunity boost thrown in for free.
The sickest kids I know are the cleanest ones.

I give my daughter a piece of fruit whilst I'm doing my Tesco online order. That way she doesn't feel like she is missing out :man:

Can confirm its in the Milton Keynes store and Flitwick. I asked in Flitwick and they stated nationwide and will be live in all stores by the months end.

So many people will benefit from this, even if the kids eat one piece of fruit more a week, its better than none:)

couple of cold voters... seems strange that someone would vote cold for kids getting free fruit.

They are the ones that give their kids pizza or burgers as one of their 5 a day

May be because this is not deal, it is a freebie. The cost of the fruit is passed on as higher prices - no such thing as a a free lunch or fruit!
