Sony Xperia M4 Aqua (2GB RAM / decent camera)
1GB data + 500 mins + 5000 texts + 24 month contract
@ MobilePhones Direct
Seems a decent phone/package for a low price (possibly £96 total with cashback?). I have been looking for a cheap deal as I am a very low user of phones, but occasionally want the bells and whistles to work! Might get this even though I would have to change phone number as already Talkmobile SIM only :(
Forgive me if deal not as good as appears. Long time browser but first time poster on HotUKDeals!

If you can afford an upfront fee: 32GB White S6 @ £162.99 upfront, £402.99 over two years, equiv. £16.79 / month.
Or go via Techradar and mess about with the filters. Set order to Monthly Cost. Other handsets/tariffs available.

Looks good to me, might order one later today unless anyone can give me any other advice...
I currently use a GiffGaff monthly £10 goodybag which is a perfect amount of minutes/text/data for my needs but the battery life on my handset has degraded a lot recently so I thought I may as well take advantage of a new handset on a similar long term contract (seeing that I've been on my 'rolling' contract for over 3 years anyway) so this seems ideal for me.
Unless anyone can recommend any similar deals with a better handset? I don't mind paying a little bit more if it's a decent phone but to be honest I think paying £00's+ for the latest and greatest phone is a mugs game so I think my maximum would be £20/month. I saw a deal for a reburb S6 at £18.50/month which seemed good but it only came with 500mb/month which is a bit borderline to my usage requirements.

Seems hot ,possible misprice cause even the refurb is more expensive ? Might take a punt but need to wait for my current Talkmobile to finish b4 porting my number.

OP, keep your number for £10 - get a giffgaff sim, activate it for £10, port your number in & port it out again to this deal. Yes a hassle, but by no means huge. You can even donate some of the credit to charity.
my m4 suffered the over heating and bending the frame. even though the xperias over heating is all over the internet it was determined to be "too costly of a repair" pay £20 for your phone back or £133 to them for a new phone to replace a 3 week old phone. so be careful!

Mine failed just recently after using it for a month. As everyone says, the storage left over is abysmal (Yes, I have an SD card in it, but until Android allows all apps over to it, you're stuck with trying to clear space).
Now, mine lost reception, no matter where I take it (my old cheap backup one works fine!!). Not sure if as a consequence of the heat it generates, but will be trying to get it swapped out.

Another option as the price of the M4 has gone up from the original deal.
