Who knows, maybe you could stream music to your stereo speakers from your tablet because the built in speakers aren't going to fill a room. No, no, it couldn't be that. You're right, what a pointless combination....

You shouldn't be commenting on things you don't know what they are for....::man: ...specially when you trying to be a Smart ***
If its the ideal size for watching films......why do people bother buying 50" 4k tv's?

Beats me, when you can just get a 9.7" tablet and hold it a couple of inches from your face. It's like being at IMAX!

Decent for the warranty, but PC World customer care is, inconsistent to say the least.

4:3 is great for productivity (normal widescreen tablets are pretty poor for productivity) and its great now more people are copying the ipad in this respect but "perfect for films" is not 4:3
pitiful screen resolution and slow

Tablets are generally pretty crap for productivity ... but very good for movies, or anything that doesn't require any input.

Although it is 1024x768 resolution you should see it in real life, it really does not look that bad imho.

For me, the resolution did look that bad. If this was 2009, the PPI would be acceptable, but now you can really see those pixels. If you want one of these, just make sure you see the screen in person before you buy. If its OK, good for you, each to there own.
