Very low cost colour networked and duplex laser printer. Works with most versions of Windows and Mac OS.
Up to 16 pages per minute print speed
Up to 2400 x 600 dpi Print Resolution
64MB Memory
Automatic Duplex (60-90 gsm)
USB & Network
Ships with 1000 Sheet Starter Toners
2 Year Warranty
REFILL kits for the toner can be had for around £14 per colour (2000 page yield), or just under £50 for a set of 4.
Would be suitable for low volume printing, so if you're planning on printing a library, you will probably be better off looking for a printer with cheaper toners.
Compared to the good Dell printer deal that 'wishihadadonkey' posted, you would be on equal cost terms after two toner changes, but will have printed slightly more pages from this one. The Dell would be cheaper to run after that.

Contribute to slowing planet wide environmental collapse by building a house from my collection of single use Ricoh laser printers. Warm toasty laser drums and an array of flashing "toner" LEDs to rival Blackpool illuminations will keep my carbon footprint to under 3 billion metric tonnes per quarter whilst also ensuring a localised increase in lung cancer cases to cut other people's lifetime footprint. flawless logic is flawless.

Gone up to £49.99 if purchased via Amazon/Tesco/ebay links
If you're able to place this non-WiFi (or generally any printer with ethernet) printer near to your router or a switch, then you should be able to print to it wirelessly.
I bought that exact one last week and it's been great. It's newer than the OP, and has Wireless printing (which I actually need, as printer is in a cupboard, not connected to the computer, and no ethernet nearby.)
It's also faster, higher resolution, and the starter toner cartridges are bigger (1,500 yield).
Toner does look expensive, though. Shall be going down the refill route.
But if it's anything like the Samsung B&W one it's just replaced, I'll only need new toner once in 7 years usage....
See my link above. That's the newer, wireless-enabled one.
