Got one of these last week. It's absolutely enormous and weighs 23kg! The missus is making me get rid of it.

I got this last time around. It's so big, I am thinking of getting it moved outside and building a shed around it. Or perhaps move it to the living room and throw a good cushion over it and call it a divan.

It's massive lol
I have it living room near TV as a decoration plugged to my router. Too heavy and too deep for my shelf next to PC.
Print quality is great. Well worth money paid.

fairly standard size for a colour laser, needs room for 4 toner cartridges as well as the printing elements and paper tray

There was a fair few users in the last deal that mentioned that this thing was huge and heavy. Any potential buyers have been warned lol.
Truthfully unless you need to print colour documents all the time then a mono laser printer will suit you needs better. They are much smaller and lighter. If you only need to print colour documents a few times a year then you could just use a friends, work or schools printer or visit a printing shop/local supermarket.
If you do absolutely need to print colour all the time and want something smaller then Samsung have some models you can look at, they cost literally 3x as much as this but halve the weight, you can see an example here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B008BGQNUG

i got one last week after wanting a colour laser for ages, and preferring a duplex model too. this is similar in size to many office models and is about the size of a 16" portable CRT telly or monitor but weighs a tonne
it was easy to get working, plug in network cables, install drivers, stick in paper and first print of a duplex page worked well. the colour looks great too, and i just used old white paper that was lyring around, no fancy quality paper
i'm very happy with it. it has no wireless but i didn't want/need that although others may. as long as you have the space it's fine. no borderless printing though. that's the only other thing apart from a scanner that may be desirable

Seems excessively heavy & large, had my Samsung CLP310 for about 6 years now it's smaller than an inkjet

Sadly for me that's more like the reaction to my credit card bill. :disappointed:
