The easiest way is if you have a towel radiator, close both valves, then unscrew the top valve and syphon enough out to be able to pour in the treatment.

Eh?
A clean / inhibitor change in your central heating system is one of the easiest and best ways to make sure it stays in shape.
You only need to do it every few years. It can make a massive difference to how long your radiators last. Certainly if your system has mixed metals in them.

No sure about this I used the no nonsense 1 litre some years back and I'm sure it said 1 litre per 10 rads (100 litres) which is the same as toolstations rad inhibitor, if I get round to it I might calc how much water is in my 8 rad system

can be difficult with pressurised systems as there is no easy way to get it in

Then you do the obvious.... and release the pressure..... then repressurise.
