The easiest way is if you have a towel radiator, close both valves, then unscrew the top valve and syphon enough out to be able to pour in the treatment.

Eh?
A clean / inhibitor change in your central heating system is one of the easiest and best ways to make sure it stays in shape.
You only need to do it every few years. It can make a massive difference to how long your radiators last. Certainly if your system has mixed metals in them.

No sure about this I used the no nonsense 1 litre some years back and I'm sure it said 1 litre per 10 rads (100 litres) which is the same as toolstations rad inhibitor, if I get round to it I might calc how much water is in my 8 rad system

can be difficult with pressurised systems as there is no easy way to get it in

Then you do the obvious.... and release the pressure..... then repressurise.

I second that, after trying in vain to "inject" some into a radiator, the towel rail method is perfect as you can just tip it in. Also if you have a magnetex filter, you can isolate that, take the water out and replace with inhibitor, providing you don't need 2 doses.

How does this stuff compare to the other brands like Sentinel etc?
From my understanding this works even better with a Magatec type device attached to the boiler to collect the **** from the system.

U get what u paid for! !!

I am replacing a radiator soon that will require me to drain the system, so good timing. Heat from me.

Lettergold Water Treatment make a lot of own brand inhibitor, including No Nonsense,BES,PTS, Everbuild and a lot more.
I've always used the cheapest possible inhibitor that's buildcert approved (this is), simply to comply with boiler manufacturer requirements. You don't need to be draining a system every couple of years and re-filling with inhibitor, if you have to it's a sign there's something wrong with it.
Funnily enough they don't use inhibitor at all in Germany or Holland.

Good price, picked up this afternoon. It comes in a pack with a nozzle that makes pouring into the system a bit easier.

its like a coolant for your car radiator but its not ha ha ha.. joking. reduces corrosion in cent heat system. every system should have this really
