This is still a great device and brand new from Amazon without the need for unlocking means I think this is a decent deal. The 3rd Gen has been available for £89.99 locked and branded but it's not been near that price for a while and this is £5 cheaper and unlocked.

Sold one of these on eBay, that 1gb of ram is pathetic. And the upgraded battery still doesn't last a day with Bluetooth and WiFi off and with battery saver on that renders the phone useless except for preserving power. nice looking phone though

not worth it with snapdragon 400 and 1gb ram, better to get smart ultra 6

You've got a different Moto G2 to me. I have Location, Bluetooth and Data on all the time and the battery lasts at least a day.

im using exactly the same model since may 2015 and its quite good. it's not extremely fast but let's say good enough for most tasks but i dont play any games on it. for this price I can recommend especially that moto has bloatware free lollipop. voted hot.

If you can get either of them for £85 then get them! But SU6 is £115 at the moment I think and the 6S is usually about £125.

Neither. A Zenfone 5 from ebuyer which was posted recently - double the RAM AND double the ROM for about the same price as this. The battery is less yes - by an earth-shattering 160mah or so. No brainer. However this deal will still go mega-hot because most only read the deal headline.

su6 is much better better imo. Hoping for a new model this year with better camera, android N and newer octo core chipset for same price.

What problems did the low RAM give you, and are you comparing this to another device in particular?

Try wiping the cache partition, it made a huge difference on my old one before I bought an x play

That's **** for a start, because i have one. It lasts me all day, granted i dont use it all that much. Bit of texting and the odd phonecall/checking this, but i've yet to experience a dead battery with this phone.
Also i've dropped it numerous times, not a scratch. It's also waterproof, basically it's a **** bargain of a phone and ahead of it's time with it basically being bombproof

I have one, battery lasts 11/2 days with average use which is ok. To be honest though it's a bit slow, more ram and storage would be better. Good price though but worth paying more for a 2gb ram and 16g storage device.

this phone hangs and gets slow! I have it and it sucks.. can be used by granny but wouldn't recommend for heavy usage. Only good thing is that it runs on Marshmallow - latest Android build

have had one for a year now, does exactly what I need it to, RAM is low which is quite irritating but 8gb is no bother as new marshmallow with adoptable storage coming soon
