Back in stock for home delivery & collection at a few stores near me. Every time these have been posted I've missed out, as the stock goes every time.
Thankfully I've reserved a pack of warm white this time.
Not much else to say that hasn't been said before, the reviews speak for themselves & a 3 year warranty too.
Sorry but that's absolute nonsense. The cool white 8.7w brighten up my whole hallway....6ftx20ft

The wattage is the power consumption, not how bright the bulb is.
806 Lumens is about right for equivalence to a typical old-fashioned 60w incandescent as stated.
I bought some of these LAP bulbs 2 months ago, very happy with them, nice and bright.

Bought a pack of cool and warm last time they were on offer. Good quality bulbs and very efficient but not very bright just to warn you.

I got some cool white a while back, but always missed the warm. I'd say the cool aren't far off a standard 100w IMO. But that's beside the point, they are miles better than CFLs with the long warm up & dimming with age.

8.7W is akin to candlelight, these are poor, took mine back

Your batch must have been faulty, or maybe you are going blind. I have the cool white and they hurt my eyes. Brighter than a fecking bright thing.

I use warm white 10W Meridian Lighting brand from Toolstation, similar price if not the same, very bright.

My local Screwfix didn't have the warm ones in stock so went with these and I can say they are extremely bright, so much so that they hurt my eyes, would not recommend them for for indoor lighting at night unless you want daylight 24x7.

Would not buy cool white....more for shops and displays.
Only warm white-but 800 lumens good for small spaces only; not enough for living room or even bedroom, unless very small one.

You need to try them - I'm running the cool version all over the house, they are not particular white or blue and actually look more natural to me than the warm versions, especially in a coloured shade.
One of the rooms is 5 by 4m and a single lamp lights it up well!
