Huawei P8 Lite dropped in price again at CPW, top up needed or upgrade version making it £99.99 (£89.99 + £10.00 on vodafone).
In my experience all their PAYG phones are unlocked.

Voted hot. Still tempted by this.
But, each time I've tried to upgrade - and with a valid sim - at CPW, 'computer says no'. If it said no when I'm spending nearly £100 on a phone, computer likely to get my foot up its....

Tends to be an issue if the upgrade sim you use/put in, has not had 3-6 months of use with at least
2 topups and a call/text a few times a month.. not all the time but most!

I got this during the last deal and can confirm it is unlocked. I was also told this by CPW staff. Very happy with mine, excellent value for money. I'm also getting between a day and a day and a half battery out of it with medium use.
I don't like the stock UI that comes with it so installed Nova launcher. This is much better IMO. Handset has some really nice software features out of the box. I'm very happy.

When ordering from mobile website they don't seem to ask any upgrade details, assume this means anyone can pay the £85 upgrade price??
