To celebrate international woman's day get a half price Femme Cup. Sounds weird but honestly one of the best things I've bought. Save a fortune on tampons etc and much better for the environment.

that may irritate - warm water with a natural based soap then for a super clean, boil it to kill of all bacteria - they come with a comprehensive instruction booklet and drawstring bag to keep it in.
