Last time this was on I bought 700 quids worth of visa gift cards for 756 worth of Nectar points and got 370 of nectar points back :smiley:

I think it's only a fixed amount - spend (at least) 2000 points to get back 1000 points.

I didn't get this last time I opted in and spent them...how do I go about raising this...with nectar or home base?

Try the live chat on Nectar. I once had an issue with points I didn't receive on a deal they offered for shopping at Sainsburys and they added them on right away as the transaction was tracked already
