Has anyone had their 1000 points credited? I haven't. It's been well over 28 days now. Here I go again, chasing Nectar for missing points *sigh*. How is their system so rubbish that this keeps on happening?

I thought I hadn't either but when I checked they had backdated them to the day the offer was used so didn't come up on my latest statement where I would expect. It shows April 2nd -2000pts then April 2nd +1000pts that line which must have appeared at around the 28 days they claim it takes to process, in case that helps

I guess you already had a pretty substantial amount of nectar points to do this?

Just a prompt re further bonus opportunities for NECTAR cardholders who shop in Sainsburys...
There's a free to register site "My Coupons Sainsburys" that lets you opt-into 5 offers on your NECTAR card that get awarded if/when you shop at Sainsburys. The offers refresh most weeks too! https://mycoupons.sainsburys.co.uk/
I believe the offers are personalised - eg my best one there is currently 600 bonus points when spending £30+ [excluding spirits & liquers!]

used mine last year to buy the Stanley drill at homebase, made the price to £45 ish after the points.
Sainsburys double up is harder to spend as you have to spend exact amount so £5 is £10 unless you already plan what you will buy , but this is worth say £5 is £7.50 . still good

I didn't get this last time I opted in and spent them...how do I go about raising this...with nectar or home base?

Try the live chat on Nectar. I once had an issue with points I didn't receive on a deal they offered for shopping at Sainsburys and they added them on right away as the transaction was tracked already

I think it's only a fixed amount - spend (at least) 2000 points to get back 1000 points.
