Flights to Dubai with Pegasus Airline. I was just checking and this looks extremely cheap. London-Dubai Return

If they stone people for being illiterate and ignorant, then yes, you're pretty much guaranteed to get it.

I've noticed a trend. Budget no frills airlines that take you to to far flung places for cheap fares get a slating yet when the same people travel with UK/Irish based no frills airlines that charge you extra for breathing, its quite acceptable.
Pay the extra otherwise!

1. Probably a one off incident.
2. No big deal.
3. See 1? Emirates Business Class customers probably lose their stuff too sometimes.
Not convinced otherwise. Honestly to me your comments are typical of a TripAdvisor review that I would find completely irrelevant, sorry. It is clear that you feel strongly aggrieved by their service but it just comes across that you are used to a lot better and you had some one-off incidents. I've flown with Thomson Dreamliner, Virgin America, Emirates (great operators) and then Monarch, United which aren't so great. I've never considered the service to be "bad". There is a clear difference in service but you get what you pay for. I don't believe any travel operator would explicitly hire rude people and people in general try to be nice and offer a good customer service. The staff probably don't have the choreography and military like training of Emirates staff, but I can deal with that.
If this is indirect though, then THAT would be a perfectly good reason to pay an extra £100 to go with Emirates (best operator ever!). 6.5hrs-7.5hrs flights to Dubai, for around £330 or less, or no deal.
