Seems incredibly cheap if you can be bothered with the cashback redemption.
I've had a number of cashback redemption deals with mobiles.co.uk over the years and they've always paid. Very easy process. Received a cheque for my most recent redemption only yesterday after submitting it last week.

TCB cashback changed from £95.95 to £35.35 as of 7.3.16.(courtesy lyesbkz) Still an effective alternative if redemption not your thing. Though now £135.35 plays £143.88 by redemption.

Now that BT have bought EE, I'll be running away as fast possible once my contract expires in a few months.

Mobiles/e2save have a pretty good rep as far as cash back goes so barring them going under I'd say as long as you are on time with Bill uploads the cash back is pretty much guaranteed.
With quidco and TCB it's not. I have personally stopped using top cash back as every time I did cash back was denied. With quidco I've never had a problem. Although I'm sure there will be people with the opposite.
Personally I'd go with the cash back from mobiles/e2save.

£5.10 with imutual. http://www.imutual.co.uk/mobiles-uk
The cashback is guaranteed there. Far too many declines with topcashback!
Not much to decline, but I'd prefer a couple of guaranteed pints.

By the way I have had a cashback deal with this company and it's so simple these days, it's all done online. No posting by recorded delivery etc
My friend uses this kind of service (think it's actually e2save) and she instantly started to receive annoying calls from insurance companies etc. prior giving her number to anyone.

This is also available directly with EE with £100 amazon voucher or £97 cashback through topcashback. So many choices but good deal.

About to leave three after ten years, they went back on their word. I've been paying £5 a month for unlimited everything for some time now but they said they can change it. So done with them. This is decent

Yes, Three is rapidly going downhill. They still have the best roaming deal, and the 321 PAYG is unrivalled, but the packages are not longer competitive. The merger with O2 will only accelerate the inevitable.
Any good MVNO to recommend?
As for EE: proceed at your own risk. In my experience their service is a bunch of clowns that hardly speak English.
