How do people find Grainger Games are for online deliveries these days? They had a poor reputation but is that still warranted? Where do they sit on the scale between Amazon and CEX?

I recently ordered Zelda Wind Waker HD from them online and they sent me out a used copy, with a used sticker despite paying for new and the receipt saying new. I managed to sort it out at a local store but yeah I'd not be keen on ordering online again.
