Sorry OP but agree with huangxq2, not a good spec for the money at all. Have been looking for a laptop for around this price for a friend and there are many better options available

Average for the money as others have said - I would look at Dell Outlet for value machines and you can get something better suited (e.g. better graphics, RAM, HDD, etc.).

AMD Radeon R6 is best out all three.

So you get more RAM, better graphic card, better quality (business laptop) for 320, or £290 after cashback.
And you have the option to add an extra M.2 SSD, keep both SSD and HDD at the same time.
OP's £400 is really bad in comparison.

Such a bad deal.
i5, 4GB, non-FHD, 1TB SSHD, on-board graphic card, consumer laptop, why is it £400?
You normally get this specs £300 for consumer laptop, £330 for business laptop.
Over-priced by £100.

920M is not good. Why waste money on such a low end dedicate card which is not much improvement for the on-board GPU?

How could possibly your i5-5200u at £400 vote positive?
8GB RAM, better graphic card, business laptop, £320, or £290 after cashback. CPU is similar or slightly powerful than i5-5200u.

i5-5200u at £330, hard drive is 500GB, not 1TB.
