8-packs of Pepsi Max are £3.50, buy one get one free. If you have a MyWaitrose card and add the product to your "Pick Your Own Offers", you pay £2.10 for two 8-packs in-store: £3.50 - (£7.00 x 20%) = £2.10
To get this deal you need a MyWaitrose card. Order one from http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/mywaitrose/mywaitrose_welcome.html
You then need to add this product to your "Pick Your Own Offers". Do that at http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/mywaitrose/pick-your-own.html
The notional (pre-offer) £7.00 spend means you can get a free tea/coffee and newspaper, including on Saturday/Sunday. Depending on the store, if you go for that you could also get a parking refund at the Quick Check machine which could knock a bit more off the bill.

It's easy when you consider the paper/magazine/coffee all count towards the limit as well as the pre-multibuy price of what you are buying

Yes once you add an item to your MyWaitrose picks the discount applies whenever you buy that product in future.
