This deal was posted by wixxx back in February but expired. The offer is back on and I need some Internet Kudos Points so...
8-packs of Pepsi Max are £3.50, buy one get one free. If you have a MyWaitrose card and add the product to your "Pick Your Own Offers", you pay £2.10 for two 8-packs in-store: £3.50 - (£7.00 x 20%) = £2.10
To get this deal you need a MyWaitrose card. Order one from http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/mywaitrose/mywaitrose_welcome.html
You then need to add this product to your "Pick Your Own Offers". Do that at http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/mywaitrose/pick-your-own.html
The notional (pre-offer) £7.00 spend means you can get a free tea/coffee and newspaper, including on Saturday/Sunday. Depending on the store, if you go for that you could also get a parking refund at the Quick Check machine which could knock a bit more off the bill.
According to MySupermarket this offer is on until 12 April.

Ok cool, so is that a normal my waitrose card? Or a special one for 10% off shopping? Can we not load up x48 cans, newspaper, magazine and coffee in one day?
aau1 to SeabassB
25 Mar 16#35
Normal my waitrose card that I've had for years and a paper 10% discount card that they recently sent me to use with it
I could stock up with multiple packs all at once but I'm happy getting a couple a day for the lowest price possible when combined with free mag/paper/coffee.
I've still got about 100 cans of coke zero from when they were 1p in Tesco last year and I'm getting free 1.75l bottles of coke zero from Asda/Sainsburys right now so don't really want to waste too much money on topping up my can stash

This sounds like a separate discount card to the mywaitrose card, which I did not

aau1: Did they send you that discount card along with a new MyWaitrose card? If so, maybe I should register a (totally not imaginary) family member for their own MyWaitrose card...

Ok, this sounds amazing.
But what is the process for getting x16 cans for 86p ? And could this be applied to multiple purchases ? I.e buy x64 cans for £3.44
aau1 to SeabassB
22 Mar 16#30
Not in one transaction, or even in one day (because it requires the once daily coffee/mag/paper to bring the cost right down) but I could do that over 3 different days
I can bulk buy at £1.40 per 16 cans if I want to thanks to this mythical card:

I think aau1 has some kind of legendary/mythical 10% discount card which mere mortals can only dream about.

20 Mar 162#20
so what you are saying is:
48 cans in farmfoods cost £9.98
48 cans in Waitrose cost £6.30 (or £2.58 if you can do it my way)
Yeah, you're right. Farmfoods deal is waaaaaaay better :stuck_out_tongue:

8 pack of Pepsi max is actually £2.80. £3.50 - 20% = £2.80. I bought them 2 days ago

If you bought one 8-pack it would cost you £2.80 with PYO offers. The two-for-£2.10 does work in-store, see receipt pics above. But if you ordered online it would be two-for-£2.80 since the double-discount trick apparently only works in-store.

Yes. And when Waitrose do one of these BOGOF offers, the 20% discount becomes 40% in-store. I think it's called Waitrose Food now, it's the free (with MyWaitrose card) glossy magazine you can pick up in-store. It scans as £1.20 but that's deducted from the total you pay.

Can you get 32 for £4.20 like before?
Just noticed in my app that the Pepsi pick is still added from the last time someone posted here - not sure if we can use again?

Yes once you add an item to your MyWaitrose picks the discount applies whenever you buy that product in future.

20 Mar 16#11
And the free Waitrose Kitchen can add another £1.20 as shown on aau1's receipt. Nice trick there to maximise the effect of your 10% voucher!

impressed you managed to get the paper on a £2.67 spend - don't think I've ever managed to go that low.

It's easy when you consider the paper/magazine/coffee all count towards the limit as well as the pre-multibuy price of what you are buying

20 Mar 16#9
If you got the 10% discount card in the post it's just 86p for 16 cans (but only if you buy a coffee/mag/paper too)

Don't forget to remove your card digits from the receipt! They are just visible through the print
