And many understand it and are happy to pay less to get a card which is fast enough for them. I.e. my chromebook has a (****) card reader which tops out on 10MB/s anyway and i would like to put some movies or stuff on it so for me it doesn't matter at all.
Also if you have dual slot camera you can use this card as a backup or something.
I believe that if you need the speed of it for dlsr, 4k video, or recording raw images at crazy speeds you would know about it and simply buy a professional card which this is not, nor is it pretending to be.
To use in a phone for media, or even some apps this is plenty fast enough.
That said if you wait long enough you can probably pick up the sandisk equivalent which has something like 70-80MB/s read and 20-30 write for same price. But then this is not available now and this is...

All cards I have used so far.
U1 Micro SD:
7dayshop C10 64GB, 29/73 MB/s. write/read.
Samsung Evo Plus 128GB 24/75 MB/s,
Sandisk Ultra 80MB/s version: 20/82 MB/s
Samsung C10 64GB 20/43 MB/s.
Kingston C10 64GB, 15/42 MB/s.
Sandisk Ultra C10 64GB, 9 or 10/?? MB/s. Returned as not reached class 10 minimum speed.
U3 Micro cards speeds which I used:
Sandisk Extreme 64GB, 55/70 MB/s, write/read.
Lexar 633x UHS-I U1 64G (it is only U1, but have U3 performance), 47/93 MB/s.
Kingston 64GB, 74/93 MB/s.
Integral UltimaPro X MicroSD UHS-I U3 64G, 65/77 MB/s.
When it comes to random speeds, Sandisk Extreme is the best. Its random write speed is few times faster than the other 3 cards.
Read speed is quite slow for 128gb. They didn't even tell us about write speed, that mean only one thing...it got crappy write speed.

Well it meets the UHS-I standard, so what's the beef?
Want 'speed' buy a UHS-II card

Many avoid saying the write because a) its slow and b) many don't understand how important it is ..

hot price though. interesting feedback on write might not make it good enough for my asus t100? i have a 32 gb now i think but not sure what write speed is.

Just put some benchmarking tool and look, if you didn't buy one of the fancy ones I doubt it is far more than 10MB/s

I am using a UHS1 card (sandisk) on my phone, I did not find the performance overtly restrictive. works fine. looks like a good find. well done.

I don't know a great deal about write speeds on cards but I have this exact model and it writes just under 650 mb a minute (large file sizes anyway) on my laptop. Plenty enough for most I'd expect.

That is actually very bad write speed. Just reach the minimum c10 speed it claimed.
Apart from Sandisk Ultra, any other main brand class 10 are faster in write than it.

Hmmm, 5 years warranty sounds appealing. Anyone have experience with Toshiba warranty?
