I have 2 of the 64gb version. Decent read speeds. Acceptable write speeds and fairly low profile.
They get hot, but not 'oh my god ow my finger!' hot more just, 'oh, that's kinda hot, I'm not used to a flash drive being hot before so I noticed this was, but it's not causing pain so I probably shouldn't alert the world to my plight' kinda hot which is fine.

My usb 3.0 ultra fit gets really hot, my other cruzer fit (usb 2.0) does not though.

Yes, ( 2 x 64gb ) in a usb 3.0 port on Laptop, but I find it does not get as hot if used in a usb 2.0 port ?
