I think the product doesn't require any description any more. The amazon has now reduced the prime of Samsung Gear VR from £80 to 71.22 with free delivery.
PLEASE NOTE
This is the Innovator Edition..NOT the consumer version 1, you should only buy this is you have a note 4, anything more modern and you should be buying the CV1 version which is £80 at Samsung

Wasn't this the thing that HUKD was peddling and stayed the first deal on the front page for about 2 weeks that got a ridiculous amount of heat?
I wonder whether this better price will thrash the older deal or whether that was artificial heat that was created by being the 'pick'...

I have one of these and it is very good, but I'm not sure its worth the £50 more it cost than buying a decent plastic cardboard-type headset (if that makes sense)

Have to disagree with you on that.
I find the head tracking on gear VR is more accurate and fluid providing a much better experience.
The touch panel gives more input options for controller free games.
The big one is Occulus software and store.
I think the above alone makes the gear VR a viable product rather than a gimick and well worth the premium.

Totally misinformed statement. Not only is the head tracking 100% better you also get access to the occolus store which has bespoke titles specifically written for the Gear VR. The experiences are polar opposite

Hi, what can you actually do with these VR Headsets? I was trying to look yesterday, any good games that are worth using with this?

None, Its little more than an expensive version of the cardboard. If you want to buy something that's massively overpriced i would just by the Oculus Rift as at least its worth while.
