Used to be a quid but they then dropped to about 75p to 80p when the brands began dropping their prices.

I have been buying it at 50p for ages but still voted hot as it is cheaper than any others I have seen!

It has been 50p for ages, Lidl sell micro rice for 49p. When you consider leading brand ones £1+ (on offer) - £1.70, the cheapy ones compare very well.

Been 50p for at least a year, if not a lot longer. Very good quality as well I find.

did not know sainsburys sold their own brand micro rice. tried the tilda microrice and it is quite good with spices and that, however the rice sticks together so one has to separate them. :smiley:
