Prevents windscreens from misting up and indicates when it needs to be dried.
The reusable dehumidifier with patented indicator.
With traditional car dehumidifiers, you have to guess when it needs to be dried. However, this one has a patented indicator: If the dot changes colour from light blue to light pink, the granule absorption capacity (approx. 130ml /4.6floz) has been reached. After just 6 minutes in the microwave the dehumidifier is ready to use again.
Reusable as often as required. Perfect for caravans, boats, holiday homes ...
Measures 16 x 10.5 x 3cm (6 1⁄3" x 4" x 1 1⁄5")(W x H x D). Weight approx. 300g (10.6 oz). Fits in any glove box. Non-drip. Can also be dried on a radiator overnight.

I've love to get one of these but I have an Audi and was confused by the word indicator, I don't think it's compatible with my car.

Put (clean!) cat litter in an old sock. Works just as well and much cheaper.
Probably doesn't look as nice though unless you've got some colourful old socks...

Crystal cat litter is made from dried silica gel just like this product is I imagine so it can be dried out again on a radiator or on a low temperature in the oven for a while. I keep mine on the dash vents along the windscreen so when I have the heater on it drys them back out again in no time.

Not just me then, always had this problem with Civic, thought i had a leaky air con or something. Worst thing is the condensation freezes on the inside of the windscreen!

Even at the £7 on Amazon they are worth it, this price seems really good! It's the sort of product you don't think of buying until you actually get one and then realise you can't do without it!
Saves a lot of misting inside the car and therefore the hassle of demisting when the engine is cold, so interior ice and so on, are virtually eliminated.
These Pingi ones can also be microwaved to restore them which many others can't and also have the useful indicator window. It's quite a small product, about the same footprint as your average 7" tablet and about 2" thick.
