Ordered this deal last saturday got everything apart from the beauty bag which still isnt despatched .
Emailed support and they said they were out of stock and are trying to get supplies in and dont have a date of when i will receive it,just a heads up.

I also never got my free gift! It was stated as "in stock" to begin with, it wasn't dispatched, then was emailed 3 weeks later saying they could no longer supply it as they weren't getting any more stock!

I have had the same problem with LF before - you buy more items than you need to get the offer and they run out of the gift.
All I got was an apology (after weeks and me chasing them) - I think they offered me 10% off next purchase.
I can't believe they are unable to monitor stocks of the free gift - therefore one must assume they are knowingly continuing to promote an offer that has already run out...

I'd never buy from LF again - just look at their reviews! They sent me wrong item on 2 December, couldn't sort out sending the right one so I returned everything and I'm still waiting for a refund. I also bumped up my order so I could have free gift 'worth £78'. It was 3 items of make up - a gel lip liner, a lipstick and a mascara, although their photo showed other items. Their customer service is appalling.

Look Fantastic have a few offer on site atm where if you buy say two benefit items you'll get a free Stay Flawless make up gift.
Thing is, the other offers shouldn't really stack with each other as usually one per basket and codes very rarely let you add another.
If spending over £55 you'll get a free beauty bag worth £50 and 15% off using code LFLOVES (Note you might need to be a new customer / email)
I've added an example in first post of what i've tried and with valentines around the corner, it's worth getting a few extras.
