Thing is, the other offers shouldn't really stack with each other as usually one per basket and codes very rarely let you add another.

I'd never buy from LF again - just look at their reviews! They sent me wrong item on 2 December, couldn't sort out sending the right one so I returned everything and I'm still waiting for a refund. I also bumped up my order so I could have free gift 'worth £78'. It was 3 items of make up - a gel lip liner, a lipstick and a mascara, although their photo showed other items. Their customer service is appalling.

I have had the same problem with LF before - you buy more items than you need to get the offer and they run out of the gift.
All I got was an apology (after weeks and me chasing them) - I think they offered me 10% off next purchase.
I can't believe they are unable to monitor stocks of the free gift - therefore one must assume they are knowingly continuing to promote an offer that has already run out...

I also never got my free gift! It was stated as "in stock" to begin with, it wasn't dispatched, then was emailed 3 weeks later saying they could no longer supply it as they weren't getting any more stock!

I did a few orders with them over Christmas, got free beauty bag showing in order but got email to say they were out of stock and wouldnt be supplied, still sent order though

Emailed support and they said they were out of stock and are trying to get supplies in and dont have a date of when i will receive it,just a heads up.
