More expensive than a regular 2DS but hopefully this UK/EU exclusive holds it's value.
Great for any collectors.
The Nintendo 2DS Special Edition: Pokémon Blue Version includes a Nintendo 2DS system in transparent blue and a pre-installed Virtual Console version of Pokémon Blue Version. This console bundle also includes a FREE Blue Nintendo 2DS Case.
Sure to trigger warm feelings of nostalgia, the Nintendo 2DS Special Edition bundles also feature classic packaging reminiscent of the original Game Boy game, a sheet of 15 stickers that can be used to customise the Nintendo 2DS system, and a download code for a HOME Menu theme
Released 27th Feb 2016

Your dislike for the 2DS has become evident over the last few 2DS posts.

Ordered the yellow one yesterday with the pikachu case. I think I spent in the hundreds of hours playing Pokemon yellow as a kid. Thought it was neat and I like that the yellow one is more see-through than the other two.

Don't mind the special editions (Pokemon/Zelda/Nes) not too fussed about others.
Can see them holding their value though; although I haven't been able to find out how many are for sale or if they're limited.
