I got the K700 58 inch version. it is a great TV fares better than any Samsung LG Sony Panasonic of the same price bracket. there is no light bleed or banding/clouding that the big brand seems to suffer on their low to mid budget TV. and the local dimming on this really works. not sure the K700 is hisense's current top range but it is a premium display. also it offers complete tunable controls on picture settings so you can get the TV fully calibrated. this is meant to be a wide garmut as well. the sound from my 58 is excellent also very powerful @ 20% it is really loud already and the surround sound is freaking amazing. so anyone thinks Hisense is a rubbish name really need to do their research. they had bigger stands in CES than Samsung/LG/Sony. they may be the third largest TV producer in the world but don't quote me on that.

I'm after a 65" 3D TV and was thinking Samsung JS900 at the eye watering price of £2,400.
I like the Samsung as it seems to be able to play any file format you throw at it, but really tempted by this.
What's the attraction of the K720?

I wouldnt mind knowing the attraction of the K720 over this tv?
Is the K720 curved rather than flat?

You need to look for a Passive 4K 3D TV not this active 3D one. I'm looking for the same. active 3D in 4K has no benefit over current active HD 3D.

Had the 58" K700 for nearly a month now and I am still in awe of the picture quality. Not a day goes by that someone says "wow that picture is amazing"!
