It's much easier than you think. Really. Once you buy from another region, you will never buy from the UK store again.

Btw when clicking the Go to Deal link in the OP and you get the Xbox 404 error, tap the United Kingdom link at bottom left and then choose Argentina.

Argentina also has The Division for similar price or the gold version was £37 I think

I'm not sure if this is correct but the text for this game also indicates that it comes with a free copy of Valiant Hearts. THis is a wonderful game (Previously free on Games With Gold)

I'm a little concerned with the whole buying from abroad thing, especially as someone reported the other day that they had been banned for doing it.
Has anyone got a link to the MS term that categorically allows this?? Knowing MS and how they are quick to ban, they WILL want to stop this, and lets face it, its not hard for them to find out who's doing it.

The Xbox One is region free, so will play games from any region.
We are purchasing the games, not pirating.
Can't see why this would come before game sharing in terms of people getting banned. Surely MS & the game companies are losing more through game sharing than from purchasing from other regions!!.
ie - if all xbox one users game shared, game sales would inevitably drop by 50%
