Similar looking bench I bought from JAGO24 @ Amazon for £39 .Just an alternative if you'd rather spend the difference towards cast iron weights instead.
I am 16 stone and about 44" chest. Its very sturdy but the bench seat is a little narrow if you are a bit wide but It does me just fine.
50kg is fine and ample for intermediate or endurance trainers, who do full reps.

I would completely disagree. After 6 months you will find this so easy and it will never be used again. Invest into something that can be used more long term.

Have some heat , we all started somewhere  , but would buy the adidas one at the bottom of the page if I were starting out again as it has preacher and leg attachments and about the same weight (45kgs)...... for the same price........
Pretty much what I started on 30 odd years ago  and IIRC I dont think I could bench 20kg back in those days

Is this iron? You're right it's best to buy second hand if it's iron that is.
