Elite Dangerous was £9.99 for a while back in December before going back up to £19.99 but it seems they've moved to a new pricing model so are running some special offers at the moment. Elite Dangerous is back down to £9.99 and the Horizons expansion is down to £19.99 for a limited time.

Is there much to do now in star citizen? Got it with AMD rewards and played the dog fight a few times. Haven't kept up with the updates

More than there was, it's up to early Elite beta stages with an actual bit of space to fly around in what they call the baby persistent universe. Basically the first chunk of the game they are going to pack out features with, but no cargo yet and the items system that will make everything more interactive isn't in yet. They are set to really start dumping content into it though, so expect it to start growing out quick even more so than Elite did. I will say though it's a lot more beautiful than Elite, and it's actually more fun being able to walk around inside ships and stations and even shoot at each other. Unlike Elite it's not a game to play while watching a movie or reading a book, and I don't think it ever will be as it's full of a lot of little details and it's actually got a nice engaging story to it.
