I actually ordered this exact model from them a few months ago. Their "grade 2" was just not accurate - the one I got was missing one of it's rubber feet and there was a lot of play in the screen/lid hinge so the whole thing just wobbled. I sent it back as SNAD, which was a hassle as the only way I was allowed to/could return it was by parcelforce collection or go to a parcelforce depot an hour away.
Maybe I was just unlucky but I think it's more likely that "you get what you pay for" in this instance. First time I've voted cold on a post.

They're about a 100:1 ratio of positive to negative feedback. As a seller on eBay, and the amount of people who don't bother leaving positive feedback after a quick, smooth transaction, I can imagine that ratio is even bigger in reality.

Same sort of thing. Ordered this about 6 months ago and it came in terrible condition and with a HD problem.
They actually replaced it for me for one which was looks new other than a small mark on the lid, but I think I must've been one of the lucky ones.

I bought a refurbed dell latitude E6410 with similar specs from newandusedlaptops4u a couple of years ago and it's been excellent. I upgraded it to win10 from win7 with no trouble at all and wouldn't hesitate buying another laptop from them.

They did also have third gen i5s, E6230 which are 12.5" but were specifically listed with dents and scratches on the lid in addition to the general Grade 2 description.
I've heard good things about the seller, and eBay nearly always side with the buyer, but I don't think I can face the hassle with it all if it's up to standard. Then there's the potential battery being knackered, which costs a lot to replace.
If you get a decent quality laptop, then the prices are great!

This is correct, OP you need to remove that from the listing as it was an optional extra on these models. Luckily it's only a £20 cost to add that in aftermarket. I've got one on my E6330 and it wasn't that bad a price or to difficult to do, especially as my machine had a decent looking original keyboard that can easily be sold on for £10-15 should you want to recoup your costs.
I will also add that these have 2 dedicated USB 2.0 ports and one shared e-Sata/USB port. So 3 in total if you really need it.

Depends, if you stick with Windows 7, then maybe, but it you upgrade to Windows 10, then not really. Intel stopped supporting the Intel 3000 graphics on the Sandy Bridge from Windows 7 onwards and they are now designated as legacy products so will get no more driver updates. They work 2D in the Desktop but they lack the extensions for 3D gaming in Windows 10. I suggest you check the WDDM version for the OS your going to run.
