I'm not bothered by steelbooks, can take them or leave them. I just think of them as a 'nice to have' rather than a kind of investment. 7 years time and this will be on ITV3 every couple of days anyway!

Agree 100% worthless once new/better formats come out (and I'm sure everything will go digital - streaming, cloud - eventually anyway). Don't think there are many out there paying ridiculous money for rare VHSs or Cassette Tapes from years ago.

Cheers, 1st release marvel steels tend to hold their value, however zavvi is losing money by flooding market with re-release steelbooks. Like any commodity will end up worthless when their no longer a special item. ( 2 cents!) lol

I agree - you have to pick and choose which ones to buy - and I've never lost money on one yet through looking for those which combine quality with rarity. The mistake made by Zavvi with many of their other steelbooks is that they have often chosen poor/niche movies and then run out truck loads of them. I'm putting my money where my mouth is on this one as I want it anyway but think it will do well for those who might want to cash in a later date.

It's not a special today only price, £29.99 is the RRP, (It's possible it'll go up to £24.99 but it's unlikely)
Cheaper than most new release Zavvi steelbooks.

Have a little search YouTube, people do unboxing videos, I know there's a boba fett mug, deadpool kills the marvel universe graphic novel, t-shirt, a Calling card from American psycho and a Chucky plush doll (far as I can remember)
