Bought a great polycarbonate one end of 2014 for £40 or so...they do wobble a bit in the wind though....hence can be noisy...fixed ours with metal bands to reduce movement..its been a great little greenhouse.

I didn't get any glass at all as i have kids and wanted the best of both worlds - A greenhouse but a safe one so i didn't plan on using glass. I don't intend to take the sheets out in winter but if a Major storm was predicted over the winter with polycarbonate it gives me the option to take the panels out if needed and i could just wrap them up and put somewhere safe until safe to put them back in. I know this it a bit OTT but i could see this blowing over in very strong winds, but then so do fence panels so damage could always be a option. ( all depends where you put your greenhouse)
I think i am going to screw the frame to the 6" base ( you could always get a glue for this from most DIY shops if your not very diy competent ) Then i can but a few bricks in the inside of the 6" base to weigh it down. You could also get a few bags of sand on each corner and tie it down for the winter.
You don't need to measure all the sheets , I brought 20 sheets of 2' X 4' 4mm thick. I used 17 1/2 sheets.
For the sides i used 9 full sheets ( No cutting required ).
For the roof i used 4 full sheets - i had to cut about a 1/4" off all 4 , this might depend on how accurate your sheets where cut , might be dead on 2' might be just under / just over - mine where dead on so 1/4" off ( remember measure twice - cut once )
For the upper windows i just placed a sheet up to the frame and marked the angles , remember the clips that hook over your bottom panel, this upper window needs to sit on this clip so you get a overlap for the rain to dribble onto the lower panel. - If you are not sure you could always make a cardboard template.
If pictures speak louder than than words i can take the panels out and take some pics to show you.
Appoliges for the long post , hope it helps , If in doubt Ask - Advice is Free !
Doing the greenhouse was easy, uploading a picture ..... oh my days. . I hope it worked.

Has anyone seen these reductions in any other store? Not questioning the OP, but wondering if it has been rolled out to all stores yet.
