I am genuinely mystified with comments like these and others when talking about customer services for any network.
Personally once my phone has been moved onto a contract the next time I usually speak to someone is usually when I need my PAC code which can be a year or two later.
Do people actually call mobile operators that often with a problem?

just signed up for life mobile with only 3gb of 3g data . which network to talk mobile use and is it 4g data

Afaik Vodafone own Talk mobile.
