Looks good to me, decent specs for such a machine, shame it is not 13.3, 11.6 is, at least for me, too small to be used as proper laptop.

What's the actual speeds of the m.2 drive. Some were not as quick as SSD drives.

It has a sata m.2 ssd. No pcie support. Mine has a Samsung PM871 drive in it. Not the best, but not bad.

Any users care to comment on battery life? How does this compare to the M-5Y10c processor as refurbished can be had for £340ish.

Battery life is pretty good. It has a 5270mAh battery. According to reviews the Skylake core M is apparently worth getting over the Broadwell generation. I haven't used both though.
