They're all purely cosmetic, so no real point but you might like extra cars and stuff (especially back to the future), but no difference in performance or anything like that. I bought them anyway just because it was all so cheap, picked it up the last time GMG had this offer and seems I've played 63 hours, so definitely got my monies worth.

Go for it, it's brilliant. Can't comment on PC graphics but would guess it depends on your setup? Looks decent on PS4 though.
