i can assure you it is not . every person is what they eat and if you put **** in your body you will look ****. so if you eat clean and healthy and compliment that with a four to five hours at the gym a week ( 5 x 45min - hour workouts) you WILL achieve a very respectable physique.
i am 52 in three weeks and this shot i took at work just before xmas and is a result of eating clean which includes three of these protein shakes a day .
