i can assure you it is not . every person is what they eat and if you put **** in your body you will look ****. so if you eat clean and healthy and compliment that with a four to five hours at the gym a week ( 5 x 45min - hour workouts) you WILL achieve a very respectable physique.
i am 52 in three weeks and this shot i took at work just before xmas and is a result of eating clean which includes three of these protein shakes a day .

The serving size is different because of the different flavours :wink:
For example, the extreme milk chocolate flavour has a serving size of 32g per scoop (71 servings in total), while the double rich chocolate flavour has a serving size of 30.04g per scoop (74 servings in total).

My double rich chocolate flavour came today and the taste is fine, there isn't any print on the lid but neither is there any on my friends extreme milk chocolate flavoured tub that was purchased from bodybuilding.com

I had two tubs from amazon one almost empty now both no logo on the top will send them back. The was something not right with taste.

Received my order today, just to let everyone know the best before dates on my protein tubs are Sept 17 and Oct 17. 2 have the On logo on top, one doesn't, hope this helps

Click through the other items individually as S&S and as it processes them a list of what you've already ordered will be displayed. Set the date towards the end of the month so there's no chance of them processing the order whilst you're still fiddling with it. Once you have 5 items it will apply the 15%. For me it didn't retrospectively apply the S&S discount to the previously added items so I re-added them and then cancelled the first lot. Once happy with the final order and applied discounts them change the date to next available.

£23 a tub average!! I did try to add ten tubs of Vanilla Ice Cream to receive the 30% off but it only worked on one.

Fair point - my main point was that 2.27kg below £30 was a good deal, particularly after VAT was added to supplements. I also use a bulk supplier, so I like to think that I don't fall for the marketing, but I always thought ON was a higher % value and bioavailability than the Maximuscle etc rubbish.

I've just ordered now, but a couple days ago I collected all the vouchers for the ON protein hoping for a price reduction. I'm still getting the "collect voucher" on that account for this flavour but when I click it, now says I'm not elegible as I already redeemed it. I've just tried a different account but it didn't show up.

My advice is to claim all the vouchers and track the prices on camelcamel as the vouchers will work till the end of the month and you may get a price drop on other flavours before then.

You are aware that ON is also 80% protein. It's 25g per 31g serving.

It's also a blend of isolate and concentrate, and it's in brackets so they don't need to specify the quantities of either.

So, fall for their marketing all you like. I'll stick with the bulk suppliers like bespoke.

as a tip on the subscribe and save . i just added things like lynx shower gels and sure antiperspirants and other bathroom stuff all at around a quid(85pence after 15% ) so this enabled me to get that extra 10% on top of the usual 5% S&S.
