just bought mortal kombat for xbox one, and the code has said it's already been used when trying to redeem via xbox one console.

unless i'm mistaken either their system has been setup wrong or they're recycling old codes.
(i also bought Ryse, the code was redeemed successfully).

Just tried to redeem my code and been informed code has been used. Going to expire this deal as there are problems with anyone purchasing this game. Have emailed simply games so hopefully will be resolved promptly.
