Was going to get unity not going to take the risk now

Okay I presume you have also emailed them about this? Never used them before so a bit worried.

Just tried to redeem my code and been informed code has been used. Going to expire this deal as there are problems with anyone purchasing this game. Have emailed simply games so hopefully will be resolved promptly.

i've emailed them, im sure they'll either refund or provide a valid key

The code I got also said it had been used just emailed them just got to wait for them to get back to me now

Hopefully will be resolved quickly. Retailer has quite a good reputation and been trading for several years so will honour a refund or issue new code. Always pay with PayPal if I can so I can open a dispute/claim if there are any problems.

same problem here. used code also code sent to me very blurred compared to Ryse code which was very clear and worked fine.

I've heard nothing back. emailed them yesterday informed them of problem. Will give it another 24hrs and then cancel paypal payment. Hoping they just on holiday and will sort shortly.

Anyone had anything back from Simply Games yet?. I would have thought they would have replied to at least one of us by now.
Edit - Nevermind, they've replied to me, asking for screen grabs of the code being entered, the error code received and my purchase history from Xbox. What a ball ache :disappointed:

just had a email asking me asking me
1.      The code as it is being entered
2.      The error message that appears
3.      Purchase history within your Xbox account

Should not have to do all that as its their mistake. I'm never going to use them again.

Just had the same email, an absolute pain in the bum as I tend to just use a tablet for Internet use these days so had to set up a pc to do it told them if it's not sorted tomorrow it will be a PayPal dispute.

What a bad company, making the mistake is one thing but to make the customers feel like its down to them is wrong. I've sent them all the evidence needed, i feel like I'm a suspect in la noire.

I'm just going to make a claim on PayPal. Why should I have to go through this inconvenience when it's obvious they have cocked up with not just one order but many others.

They want to see your purchase history to see if the game has been redeemed on your account around the date of purchase. Still a massive pain though but it does make sense why they want your purchase history.

I thought of that after I made the post but woudnt the error code tell them that, I'm sure it would tell you when you entered the code that you already owned it.

Just been refunded, no appologie or anything. Oh well.

I too received an email with an automated refund with no apology etc either.

at least we did get a speedy refund most companies take their time.
