Not sure if this one is, but LG do some that are not as deep if you have a smaller kitchen or particular spot you want to shoehorn it into. My LG has been good and quiet.

I've never owned either, would you consider LG better than Samsung in washing machines?
Both are relatively new to the game so to speak so not sure what make to buy.

me too!! :disappointed:
LG's beltless motor makes their machines even quieter than the Samsung, plus it's got a longer warranty too! Grrr

I have the lg and been good for 5 years and still going strong.Direct drive feature is brilliant and smooth. Would have another due to excellent build quality. As for samsung would consider one also.

Had an lg direct drive and the motor is brilliant. Paddles came lose inside the washer pulling the clothes and numerous other issues so I would buy a Samsung.

Recently bought the LG F14U1JBS2 still awaiting delivery but was tempted by the steam function (Either though it probably is a little gimmicky) made sure I chose something with 5 year warranty. The nice thing with LG is labour in included I read a few cheeky reviews of people getting 2 year warranty but then being billed £60 per hour
