No, it's much better and you don't end up with half of it as dust at the bottom of the box. Tried them all and Aldi's is the best by a huge margin.

Tesco customer service seem to have reigned in their levels of customer service - they always used to go over the top in the way they dealt with complaints, in the customers favour (which perversely just encourages you to complain more!) - however now they've gone too far the other way and are IMO being unreasonable - my last couple of complaints have not been dealt with in what I would consider a reasonable manner.
On my last delivery, I ordered 3 x 750g (Total 2.25 KG) Fruit n Fibre for £4.47.
They substituted it with 4 x 500g (Total 2.0 KG) Fruit n Fibre for £4.47.
I complained that they charged me the same for less, meaning that it was in effect more expensive per unit. I was really angered by the response I received.....we're not talking a lot of money, that wasn't the point, I feel its unreasonable to guarantee that substitutions won't be more expensive, but to then give you less, but charge the same, and say that is acceptable. The implication is it is ok to charge you more per unit on substitutions! (I actually NEVER even look at the price of items when shopping - I ONLY look at the price per unit)
Here's the response I had from them.....

Hi, look like your right. I'll keep an eye open for any further complaints on the subject.

Have they changed the recipe to the flakes, they taste more like bran flakes and hardly any fruit in the box either.
