Darn, so if you have the Halifax Clarity Card they'll only offer 13 months at 0%? I guess it's more of an introductory offer at 23 months.
I had a leaflet in the door from HSBC this morning and they're offering me, as an advance customer so unsure if available to everyone, 0% interest for 32 months with 1.4% fee (min £25) and £25 cashback if you use the card within 60 days. Tempted by that if I can only get 13 months with this Halifax card.
