Great device. Got one from Argos in the post Christmas sales. Installed Kodi and have opened up a world of free programming. Using it to stream games to my living room from the gaming PC in the back room. Added Ethernet, a 64gb USB drive and an Xbox wireless controller adapter via OTG all for peanuts. It might not have the power of the Nvidia Shield, but it cost me £45 for the box, maybe £52 all in.

The cpu will place an address on the address bus to specify a memory location from which it will fetch an instruction over the data bus, and then it will execute that instruction. The instruction may typically involve an operation on data, and the result will be placed back into memory. Some instructions involve moving to different locations in the address range to fetch further data or put the results of data operations into, in which case it will add or subtract to the address registers to effect a ‘jump’ instruction, thus allowing the execution of instructions to follow a non linear process. Some instructions involve testing, typically testing a bit to see if it is zero or one. The result of such a test can conditionally execute a further instruction, or not. Hence, testing and jumping form the basis of a conditional loop. This kind of thing continues, including intercepting data generated by the user, outputting data intended for perception by the user, until Kodi is terminated or the power is removed.

Both plex and kodi available from play store on nexus player. Tempted myself for plex but read there are issues still with it.
