as above, but great for a bit of exercise when it cold and dark outside. had mine for a couple of years, no complaints with it

Make sure it's compatible with Zwift. You don't want to get into it and then want to upgrade a few months later because you've discovered something new that you want to get into and your hardware isn't up to the job.

Its an excellent trainer for £50. I guess a lot of people who use zwift will also have a garmin so a speed and cadence sensor should get it compatable with zwift
