I had one, but sent it back after the Black Friday deal. It wasn't even close to the advertised 22400mAh. It could charge just a little bit more than my wife's Anker 13000mAh, which is ridiculous. We had a replacement, which was the same.
Check the 1 star reviews on Amazon. Pretty much full of people with the same experiences. Sadly most people won't know the output is a lot lower than expected, as long as it works. Sure, it'll charge your device a few times, but the output they claim just isn't true.

I do wonder how many people have returned these saying it doesn't supply the correct current and haven't thought about the crappy cheapo micro usb cable they are using. Most common cables can only handle about 1A or even less, so charging will take longer than you think. Buy a decent high current cable and voila, fast charging. I have V1 of this ECT battery and it has been great. I get roughly 8 full LG G4 charges out of it. I use the mobile in the car as a sat nav and if the cable cannot supply more than 2A then even plugged into the car with a 2.4A adaptor it will run it flat in a few hours. Change the cable for a quality one and it will run Waze with display on and even charge it. I have done this as a passenger in a friends car with my ECT battery pack and runs phone with Waze running and still charges the phone.
Also all new battery packs take a few charge/discharges to obtain maximum capacity. No good charging it once and the saying it only charged my phone 2 times.
Bottom line is, get a decent fast charge usb cable and it will be fine.

Seems a decent deal for the fast charge compatabile. Theres a 10400 one for a couple of extra quid

The "fast charge" is only the plug, not the USB. Look at the plug, it's written on it

Did you try a different USB cable? USB current negotiation can be fickle, and a poorly engineered cable can easily scupper it - even if the same cable works fine on another charger.
