The January sale has ended but the new promotion discounts some adventure/rpg titles. Some quite heavily like Demon souls which is about as cheap as its ever going to get.
Was hoping for Ni No Kuni but its not listed sadly.

In all seriousness though, whilst I personally don't agree, I could see why people might feel that way. Even now Demon's Souls is an amazing game and has aged very well.

Any souls/BB fan should give it a go.
I still think Demon's Souls is the hardest one (out of dark souls and bloodborne).
