40% (save £6) off at the moment, seems like a pretty decent price.

13 Amp sockets will outlive USB ones, when these will be as redundant as a VHS recorder, a floppy disc drive, or an audio cassette player. Your sockets will then seem so yesterday...

These are usually £13 or so. But thanks for the pointless comment.

To repeat information which comes up every time these things are posted:
- 2.1A is shared so, no, they won't charge 2 tablets (or some phones) at a decent speed.
- Yes, they are 'always on' - so using a small amount of power all the time (like leaving your phone charger plugged in).
- They may or may not fit your existing socket boxes (depends on depth).
- Tests reveal that many of these things are unsafe (maybe not this brand?).
- Don't mess with your sockets unless you really know what you're doing!
- They'll be redundant (but still using power) when the world moves on from USB.

Good price. The USB 2.1A is shared between the sockets, not 2.1A each. Just in case anyone was wondering.

Doesn't stop it being a deal if it's cheaper than everyone else.

For a rubbish brand. BG is a decent brand.

You do understand these just charge/power the device and dont sync your/ipad/iphone/phone/etc to your house? Nothing a cheap adaptor won't be able to sort out.

It has, unless I'm mistaken? LAP, rather than BG, but 2 for £18 is common at Screwfix. Both same spec and LAP has more positive/higher average review.
