This was advertised as refurbished some time ago and seemed to get good feed-back on this site. It now appears to be a new machine that is being sold and there is an additional 10% off. (Was £209.99).
Obviously not top of the range but would probably perform OK for browsing, office work etc.
10% off promo has ended. Still a good price

So what?
It's not tiny, but easy enough to tuck out of the way
and as for the spec, my i3 runs a 4Tb hard drive for Plex server, Film, Music, photos, Streams to 3 boxes at the same time AND I happily run office, rip CDs, remote desktop onto it from my laptop, root my phone, flash new ROMs, and run a variety of VMs (Linux flavours).
It has yet to concern me in the least with any performance issues.

its excellent for the price, and will play a lot of games fine, just not the latest and greatest, lots of ram too. some people just like to diss everything for not having things that arent realistic at the price point, and would have something negative, and besides the point to say no matter what it was, and as has been said they can offer nothing better, only annacdotal evidence the got one cheaper once etc. So good post n good price mate well done, just ignore the nay sayers. Ok rant over lol

Bit confused by your comment Incognitoso - I appreciate that this is not a high end PC but, as I originally posted, it would seem to be suitable for browsing and office work. I would be interested if you could provide a link to a higher spec. PC for the same price.

What can I say : a very big .....big desktop with low CPU + GPU and other low components
Usage web pages and office For little gaming need to add GPU + PSU
Now 2016 and for similar money you can get mini PC
What I mean is why they selling big box case with low end components ??? What the reason for this ?? The mainboard will be mini ITX

F you are planning to use this for anything more than web and docs then think about adding new PSU, new GPU then should be fine but that sort of adds £200 onto price... :\
